Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product but only on non-personalized products.

- the return request must be made by clicking here

- the product must not have been used, worn or washed

- the product must be returned in its original packaging.

The right of withdrawal on personalized scarves does not apply to the provisions of Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase.
