PRICES

When completing the order, the Customer is asked to:

Ilze Stile is not held in any case responsible for errors related to an incorrect purchase or to be canceled and not disclosed without making any agreements via email, nor for errors relating to the delivery of the package, deriving from information or data incorrectly entered by the Customer. , in the form relating to personal data.

RETURN  POLICY

Free returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product is valid only for non-personalized products. The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal on customized products pursuant to the provisions of article 59, letter c) of  Consumer Code.

WARRANTY
Upon arrival of the package, check that it does not show signs of tampering. Otherwise, accept the goods "with reserve". No claim can be considered valid if reported after 14 days from receipt of the material. Complaints must be sent to the Customer Service by e-mail: contact@laferrarina.com
